• Double-check all spelling, dates, and design specifications before submitting your order. We will create your item exactly as you provide it. Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made to the personalization details.

3. Processing Time

• Personalized items typically require additional time to create. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, in addition to standard shipping times.

4. Proof Approval

• For complex or highly customized designs, we may send a digital proof for your approval before production. Please respond within 48 hours to avoid delays. Failure to approve proofs within the specified timeframe may result in delayed processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
• If you wish to return a personalized item for any other reason, you may do so if you cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange as agreed upon.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight and destination. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. However, personalized items may take up to 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
